“Psyche”, an artwork of the ‘animals’ series . Dedicated to the ancient symbol of butterfly, in the Mediterranean culture ‘PSICHE‘ represent the soul and the breath at the same time. Symbol of change, bridge between what is material and immaterial, matter and antimatter, is a sculpture in which the shapes are synthesized and become light and fluid almost impalpable. The artwork is made in pink Italian marble, white Greek Naxos marble and black Belgium marble, the butterfly takes flight from a large marble egg, symbol of rebirth per excellence becomes an expression of good luck, is unique artwork. The fluid shapes of the wings remembers the lithography of the artist during his work on the matter.
